Bondflex Liquid Bitumen
This system is used to seal up and protect pitched IBR (Inverted Box Rib)/corrugated iron roofs that are common in industrial buildings and factories.Steel roofs typically require either a water- or oil-based treatment. Bondflex is basically torch-on bitumen in liquid form.
Torch On Waterproofing
Torch-on waterproofing is a bitumen-based
waterproofing system used for flat, smooth surfaces. These include flat, concrete roofs and
subterranean areas such as building
foundations.
Acrylic Systems
Our acrylic polymers have been engineered
specifically for roof applications where house paints would simply be too brittle. The system is UV
resistant, waterproof and offers advanced
protection from sun damage.
Pitched Tile Re-roofing
We have a customised waterproofing system specifically designed to remediate pitched tile roof problems. If there is a roof leak, we will remove all the tiles and fit a plastic or membrane sheeting. We will then refit the tiles and also replace any that are cracked or broken – giving you a complete roof redux, and keeping things sealed and sightly for the long-haul.
Slate Roof Repair & Maintenance
We also replace damaged
malthoid/slatex (the underfelt), which has a limited shelf-life, and if not serviced regularly, can be the cause of costly roof leaks. As part of our slate roof servicing, we replace and repair
broken tiles.
