Joint Sealing
Polyurethane sealants are applied to expansion joints to ensure building faces don’t crack from
weather exposure. We fill the joints with our polyurethane system, and then paint over the areas if necessary. Our sealants offer good movement capability,
bubble-free curing, good mechanical and chemical resistance, and good weather and ageing resistance.
Preparation and Painting
At MASA we paint homes, office blocks, apartment buildings. Inside and out. Before painting, we ensure the walls and ceilings are clean, dust-free, smooth and completely dry. Where there are cracks in the wall, we chop them out and apply waterproofing filler. We also waterproof parapets and window frames, prior to painting.Specialised Tiling
